Overview

The Work Pain Free Program is designed to fill in the gaps of why pain relief services haven’t worked for you thus far.  We have found root reasons of why people are stuck in the revolving door with the chiropractor, physical therapist and massage therapist and have placed the solutions here into one program.  Here are the solutions to root causes of pain that we don’t see addressed elsewhere:
  • Fix repetitive motions that are inflicting pain with ergonomic evaluations (i.e. sitting, sleeping, driving, working, cooking).
  • Heal hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, gut problems, dysautonomia and MCAS with nutritionist sessions.
  • Release overactive muscles with self myofascial release tools that we ship to you.
  • In depth education to make you the expert so that you don’t need us anymore.
  • 24/7 coaching support on weekdays to make sure you’re doing exercises the right way, have your questions answered and get real time support during flares.
  • Heal muscular imbalances and pain points head to toe rather than one spot at a time.
  • Give you the tools and education so that you don’t need us anymore.
  • Occupational therapist/coach for bracing support.
  • Cohort community with other program members for support and community.

Program Steps

The Work Pain Free program is broken up into three phases. The steps in each phase are listed below.

PHASE 1

Sign up and begin assessment

Phase 1 is all about the nervous system rewiring that is a crucial foundation of long term pain relief.  You’ll work 1:1 with your coach to activate the vagus nerve, enable the diaphragm to perform its magic, turn on the parasympathetic nervous system and teach the overactive muscles to ungrip while the “brace muscles” of the body learn how to activate and stabilize.  We also have an intensive focus on ergonomic evaluations with an ergonomist and sessions with our nutritionist on staff to identify and treat any underlying conditions in this phase.

PHASE 2

Follow the steps we create specifically for your healing journey.

Phase 2 is intensively focused on endurance, stabilization and strength.  If you try to build strength before the nervous system knows how to recruit the proper muscles, you most likely won’t see chronic pain fully heal.  This is why your coach (physical or occupational therapist) will help you build strength the right way in a specialized method that will heal your pain.  Along with 1:1 sessions, your coach will be available 24/7 on weekdays to coach you through your exercises outside of your session to ensure that you get the benefit every time the exercise is performed.  Work with your ergonomist and nutritionist continues to get deeper in this phase to further solve the deeper root issues of your pain.

PHASE 3

Maintain and enjoy your pain-free life.

Phase 3 is what we call the “maintenance phase”.  This is often when the body has learned a new way to function and we focus on strategy to continue your pain relief for the rest of your life.  Our goal is that you do not have to renew services with us, but rather that you’re set up with life-long pain relief, tools and expert knowledge that empowers you to be free of the practitioner ping pong.

We are not an in-network provider for insurance companies, but we do offer payment plans that can equate to the amount you’re already spending on copays.

Yes.  You can join the Work Pain Free Community on Facebook for free resources and community. Once in the program, we have a private Facebook group for program members that you will join as well, which dives deeper into our program.

Our program is virtual and incredibly effective.  One of our clients’ favorite things about this is that they don’t have to drive and increase pain just to get to a session to help lower it.  We often hear the term “how can you see that over Zoom?” as we can see what muscles are activating in such intensive ways that don’t often happen in in-person sessions.
